Report of General Retreat

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE 2020/2021 MAIDEN RETREAT HELD ON THE 24th of August 2020.
The retreat was held on the club general WhatsApp platform at 4: 24pm and it was coordinated by the Vice President, Ehredi Kennedy.
The opening prayer was led by the President, Joshua Idogho at about 4:30pm.

Members writing the West African Examination were exempted.
The opening remarks was given by the Co- founder, Ms. Adams, she welcomed everyone to a wonderful retreat and urged the members to be up and doing when it comes to literary activities. 
The entertainment took place precisely after the opening remarks was given. Joshua Idogho captured the story of Bill Gate, while the Co- founder captured art as a means of earning a living and Cos-kenny presented a song. 
The achievements of the club were highlighted.
The August to October Time- table was presented. The Co-founder stated that any member can be called upon to coordinate meetings.
The constitution was voiced for every member to understood every part.
On membership drive, the vice president stated that members should go out in search for Creative people who have aspirations to be developed so that the club can build them up.
Individuals also contributed to the membership drive and other issues.
The retreat was extended to the next day as a ground for those who were not present to contribute to the agenda for the retreat. 
The closing remark was given by Ehredi Kennedy and the retreat came to a closure at about 10:am on 25th August, 2020.
